Yuli is an firebender residing in Ellora and a part of a squad of the Bending Brigade.

If you happen to hear the sound of drums and gongs as you're walking through the streets of Ellora, let your ears lead the way. With a bit of luck, you might just be fortunate enough to witness a dance performance from him.No one expects this ball of dancing fire to be helping the Avatars, but he is! The dancing Yuli does is based off of real life lion dancing.
